Our Story

From Idea to Movement

Mental strength is no coincidence – it is made.

The Resistance Academy was born from the conviction that every person can learn to deal with pressure. What began in 2018 with a small workshop is now a platform that accompanies thousands.

Key moments such as the first collaboration with sports psychologists and the development of our own resilience training have shaped us. Today we count over 12,000 active members and 40 certified trainers.
