These terms of use govern the use of digital content, courses, and coaching offered by Resistance Academy to promote mental strength and resilience. The offerings include online courses, webinars, personal consultation sessions, and accompanying materials.
By booking an offer or registering on our platform, you acknowledge these terms as binding. Deviating regulations require our written confirmation.
You undertake to use all provided content exclusively for your personal, non-commercial use. The distribution, reproduction, or public making available of course materials is prohibited without our prior written consent.
You are responsible for ensuring that the data you provide during registration is complete and correct. Please notify us immediately of any changes to your contact details.
We strive to provide the offered services with an availability of at least 99%. We assume no liability for maintenance work or technical disruptions that are beyond our control.
Changes to the scope of services are reserved, provided they are reasonable for the user and do not lead to a significant restriction of the booked service.
All prices are in Euros (€) including statutory value-added tax. Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking.
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The period begins upon conclusion of the contract. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal declaration in good time to info@resistanceacademy.com.
After a successful withdrawal, we will refund all payments immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which your withdrawal declaration was received by us.
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages based on intent or gross negligence.
Otherwise, our liability is limited to compensation for foreseeable, typical damages, insofar as these are based on a simple negligent breach of duty. Further liability is excluded.
You can terminate your user account at any time without stating reasons. The termination must be made in writing by email to info@resistanceacademy.com.
We reserve the right to block or delete your account if you violate essential obligations of these terms. In this case, you will receive a prior warning, provided this is reasonable.
We reserve the right to change these terms with effect for the future. We will inform you of significant changes by email at least four weeks before they take effect.
If you do not object to the change within two weeks of receiving the notification, the change will be deemed accepted by you. We will specifically refer to this deadline in the notification.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is, to the extent legally permissible, our registered office.
Should a provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a valid regulation shall apply that comes closest to the economic purpose.
